Our company was recently contacted by a client who was looking to enhance the conversion rate optimization (CRO) of their online store.
One of the primary areas we focused on was the design and layout of the shop's pages. After analyzing user behavior and feedback, we made significant changes to the overall look and feel of the site, with a focus on improving its visual appeal and usability. By streamlining navigation and improving the user experience, we were able to make the shop more attractive to potential customers and increase the likelihood of conversions.

Luxurious skincare brand - Shopify PLUS

The client reached out to our company to enhance the CRO of their online store.
To start, we added discount offers directly to the client's Klaviyo email campaigns. By streamlining the process and making the offers more easily accessible, we were able to significantly increase sales and improve the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
Next, we addressed a number of bugs related to the shop's custom apps, which were causing errors in the calculation of discount offers. By identifying and fixing these issues, we were able to ensure that the offers were accurate and reliable, further boosting customer satisfaction and improving the shop's CRO.
Also we replaced some paid public apps with custom solutions to help the client save money.

Premium Rugs - A/B testing - Custom app development

Our team recently had the pleasure of working with a client who was looking to improve the speed of their shop. After a thorough analysis, we identified several key areas that needed attention. Firstly, we added lazy loading to the site, which allowed for faster loading times and an overall smoother user experience.

We also took a closer look at the theme that the client was using and identified several areas where we could optimize the code. We conducted several A/B tests to analyze user behavior on the product page and used the results to make improvements such as updating the layout and optimizing the content. Also we removed the code from any unused apps, which further improved the site's speed.

In addition to these improvements, the client had a specific need to implement a custom app that would allow them to retrieve information about rugs from a database and sync it with their Shopify system on a daily basis. To accomplish this, we decided to develop a custom scheduler app. For the frontend of the custom app, we used React Polaris. For the backend, we leveraged Node.js and MongoDb, which allowed us to build a robust and scalable system that could handle large amounts of data.

Once the custom app was up and running, the client was able to quickly and easily retrieve information about rugs and update the information on the frontend of the site. This resulted in a significant improvement in the overall user experience, as well as an increase in sales and customer satisfaction.

Danish furniture brand - GTM - A/B testing

Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a client who needed ongoing development support for their e-commerce store. The client required regular updates to the codebase, as well as the addition of new offers and functionality to keep the store up-to-date with the latest trends and features.

One of the first tasks we undertook was migrating the store from the old GA4 to the new Universal Analytics platform. During this migration, we added new code to track sales on the order confirmation page, which allowed the client to get a more accurate picture of their sales performance.

As part of our ongoing support, we also recommended that the client migrate to Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage their various tracking codes. This step not only made it easier for the client to manage their tracking codes, but it also helped to improve the overall page speed and user experience, which in turn led to better conversion rates.

Our team recently had the opportunity to work with a Swiss service provider in the field of glass coatings, who approached us with a unique challenge. The client needed a custom app that would connect their existing store with several databases, receive the latest information about glass coatings, aggregate it, and update their products with the new information.

To tackle this complex project, we first started by creating a robust and scalable architecture for the app. The app was designed to have its own backend, frontend, and communication services. For the backend, we leveraged the power of Node.js, Express, and MondoDb, which allowed us to build a fast and reliable system that could handle large amounts of data.

For the frontend, we used React.js and Polaris, which enabled us to create a user-friendly interface that was both intuitive and easy to use. Finally, we used AWS SQS for the communication services, which allowed us to seamlessly integrate the different components of the app and ensure that everything worked together seamlessly.

Throughout the development process, we worked closely with the client to ensure that the app met their specific requirements and exceeded their expectations. The end result was a custom app that was tailored to their unique needs and delivered outstanding results.

Launching a Brand Shop for Healthy Foods

We had the pleasure of working with a client who wanted to launch a brand new shop for health foods designed specifically for mothers and babies. One of the client's key requirements was the ability to implement a subscription model payment system using the Recharge app.

To meet this challenge, we began by creating a custom theme from scratch that was tailored to the client's specific needs. We also added support for Shopify 2.0 sections, which allowed us to create a more flexible and customizable layout for the website.

In order to implement the subscription functionality, we used the Recharge API to create a custom solution that met the client's specific requirements. This allowed customers to easily sign up for subscriptions and receive regular deliveries of their favorite health foods, without having to worry about manually placing orders every time.
